Campaign Details and Policy:

Campaign Policy for “Web Wonders: 5 Websites for BDT 10,000!”

1. Application Limitation: Each applicant is eligible to apply for one website as part of the “Web Wonders” campaign. Applicants can apply for both Free and website for BDT 10000.
2. Domain and Hosting Responsibility: Participants are required to provide their own domain name and hosting services. Inflame Tech Limited will not be responsible for acquiring or managing domains and hosting for the websites developed under this campaign.
3. Communication Collaboration: To ensure a smooth and successful website development process, participants must actively and promptly cooperate with Inflame Tech Limited during the entire website-building phase. This includes providing necessary information, content, and feedback as requested by our team.
4. Content Responsibility: Participants are responsible for providing all necessary content (e.g., text, images, logos) for their websites. Inflame Tech Limited can offer guidance and recommendations but will not create content unless specified in a separate agreement.
5. Project Timeline: The development timeline for each website will be communicated to the respective participants upon selection. Participants must adhere to the agreed-upon timeline to ensure timely completion of their websites.
6. Modification Requests: Each participant is entitled to a reasonable number of 3 revision requests during the website development process. Excessive or significant changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
7. Intellectual Property: Upon completion of the website, all intellectual property rights, including the website design and code, will belong to the participant. Inflame Tech Limited may request permission to showcase the completed website in its portfolio for promotional purposes.
8. Cancellation and Refunds: Participants may cancel their participation in the campaign before the website development begins, but any fees paid will not be refundable. Once development has started, no refunds will be provided.
9. Campaign Duration: The “Web Wonders” campaign is subject to availability and may be closed or extended at the discretion of Inflame Tech Limited. Participants are encouraged to apply as early as possible.
10. Fair Use: Inflame Tech Limited reserves the right to disqualify any participant who engages in unfair practices or violates any campaign policies.
11. Privacy and Data Handling: Participant information provided through the Google Form will be used solely for the purpose of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties
12. Final Decisions: In cases where disputes or unforeseen circumstances arise, Inflame Tech Limited reserves the right to make final decisions regarding the campaign, participant selection, and policy interpretation.
